Sealed bids will be received at Harrison Hall Conference Room 204, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, 51 Main Street, Perkinston, Mississippi 39573. Electronic Bids will be received at www.mgcccprojects.com and shall include a copy of their Certificate of Responsibility as an attachment to the electronic bid. Sealed bids and electronic bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on February 10, 2026.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for January 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) in Conference Room 204 of Harrison Hall.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.

NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
